How do I return something for an exchange or refund?
At Moville Clothing Company, we aim to bring you the highest quality shirts and expertise. We are so confident in the quality of our shirts, we offer a full month guarantee. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return the item with a valid receipt for an exchange or refund, within 30 days of purchase*.

Please ensure you include a note detailing the request with the returned package.
Returns should be sent to Returns/Exchanges Dept., Moville Clothing Company, Glencrow, Moville, Co. Donegal, Ireland.
If possible please make sure the items are securely packaged and that the address label covers over any previous address details on the box.
Returning an item via your local postal service is at your own cost. In all cases we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.

Please note, we cannot pay exchange shipping costs where customers order the wrong size.

*Sales items must be returned within 14 days of purchase
* Customised Items/Embroidered Items/Made to Measure items are non-refunandable
How long will my refund take to be processed?
We will notify you when we have received the returned items and we will endeavour to process refunds within 5 working days. This may take longer depending on your payment provider.
Can I return items bought with a Gift Card?
Yes. Your order will be refunded on the original payment Gift Card. If you paid using a combination of a gift card and credit/debit card, we will refund the gift card amount onto the original Gift Card and the remainder onto your original payment card.
Re-Stocking fees for Outsize Garments
Any shirts ordered that are bigger than a 18" neck and are returned for a refund will be subject to a re-stocking fee of 55%.
NOTE: Made to measure and customised garments are Non-Refundable
