Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using this site you are signifying that you are in agreement with our terms and conditions. reserves the right to modify, change or update these terms at any time. We ask that you refrain from using this site if you do not agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.


Customers using this site will receive the goods as ordered and authorised in the shopping cart section of this web site. Please allow 7-15 working days for manufacture and shipping. If for whatever reason goods cannot be dispatched you will be contacted and your payment returned/cancelled.


We accept returns for products that have been dispatched wrongly or in the extremely rare situation that have faults. In these events an e-mail must be sent from the purchaser to stating the reason for return prior to the request being granted. Shipping Costs will not be refunded when someone orders a "Wrong Size", but we will give full refunds on Orders that are erroneous on the Part of Moville Clothing.

Orders that are made that are not kept in stock, that in our opinion are "One Off" orders cannot be returned, as they are treated as "Custom-made".

Shipping Terms

We Utilise "Registered/Signed For" Services for all our Orders. If the Postal Service cannot deliver an Item due to no person at the Delivery residence, the Post Office will keep the Item for Collection at the local Post Office.

Any problems with deliveries, please contact your Local Post Office and quote the Tracking ID that has been supplied to you by Moville Clothing. At worst, if a Parcel is not collected after an attempted delivery by the Royal Mail or Other Services, then the package will be returned to Moville Clothing.
